COMMISSSION FAQ

ARE COMMISSIONS OPEN?

Yes! Commissions are open indefinitely and are accepted on a rolling basis :)

HOW DO CLIENTS PAY?

WHAT DOES THE COMMISSION PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

You fill out and submit a form for my commissions, which can be found at the bottom of their respective pages above.

  1.  I email you a follow-up and approve your commission

  2. You send full payment to my Venmo or Paypal (unless we’ve discussed a payment plan)

  3. You respond to my email with a compressed folder of your reference images

  4. I update you with a sketch of your commission. I’m happy to make any changes or adjustments you’d like at this stage. When you’re satisfied, I’ll continue with the artwork until it’s completed. 

  5. I email you the finished artwork! I’m happy to make small adjustments here, like color corrections. 

  6. If you ordered a print, I’ll create the print and ship it to you ☆

Please note that I'm no longer conducting commissions through social media DMs, if you have any any questions I'm happy to answer them via my email (´･ω･`) 

HOW LONG DO COMMISSIONS TAKE TO COMPLETE?

Sketches are usually done within a week of receiving payment, and unless a deadline is specified, commissions generally take around 2-3 weeks for full completion.

Please keep in mind that I also work as a barista to help cover my bills and have to work around that in addition to my other commissions. I’m happy to update you via email on your commission status and will let you know if there are any delays or changes!

My simple pet portraits (just $30!) are different from the others and take only a few days (＾▽＾)

WHAT SHOULD MY REFERENCE PHOTOS LOOK LIKE?

The answer to this varies depending on the commission type and can be found under their respective pages.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

All commissions include:

  • High Quality PNG file delivered via email

  • Digital Speed Paint File (optional)

    • Interested in seeing just how your artwork came to life? I’m happy to provide the speed paint from my drawing app (Procreate) upon request!

  • Exclusive Tattoo Ticket (optional)

    • You (or your loved one if it’s a gift) have the exclusive right to get this design tattooed. I’m not a tattooer myself, this just the design that you can take to your local tattoo shop. Someone wants to a tattoo of the cat I drew for you that happens to look like theirs? Nope, not allowed! The design is yours and yours alone—or anyone you know that you give permission to.

IS A PAYMENT PLAN POSSIBLE?

Absolutely! I’m happy to discuss a payment plan that works best for you <3
